Sometimes the installation of NXPowerLite becomes corrupt and will no longer open without an error. In these cases there are a couple or suggestions that may help to resolve the issue:
1. Uninstall NXPowerLite and re-install
- Navigate to 'Programs and Features' applet (Windows Vista onwards) or 'Add or Remove Programs' applet (Windows XP)
- Find NXPowerLite in the program list
- Click 'Uninstall' in the menu bar at the top of the screen (You may need to close applications and accept Windows UAC prompt)
- Download the version of NXPowerLite that you are licensed to use. See NXPowerLite Downloads - All products
- Install the latest version, ensuring all Office applications including Outlook are closed.
Or
2. Repair your installation
- Navigate to 'Programs and Features' applet (Windows Vista onwards) or 'Add or Remove Programs' applet (Windows XP)
- Find NXPowerLite in the program list
- Click 'Repair'
- Retry NXPowerLite
Note: In either case you will not be asked to re-enter the registration details, unless you have installed a different version of NXPowerLite.
