Annual subscriptions can be purchased for the following Neuxpower software apps:
- Slidewise
- NXPowerLite Server
How to access the subscription management portal
When you purchase a Neuxpower subscription app, you can manage the subscription by clicking on the link in the purchase confirmation page or as supplied in the email confirmation of your order.
You may need to search your email for the order. It will be sent from sales@neuxpower.com and will be similar to the image below.
In the email, scroll down to the Subscription overview section, where you will see the link to manage your subscription.
Note: You may be prompted to re-authenticate, and the system will send you an email to do this automatically.
Once you have opened the subscription management portal, you'll see your subscription details.
Cancel auto-renewal
If you don't want the payment to be automatically taken from your credit card at the next renewal date, you can disable the Automatic renewal by clicking the button indicated below:
If you cancel the automatic renewal, you will be sent an email reminder around 7 days before your expiry date to re-purchase. You can choose not to purchase, but you will not be sent a new registration key for the software, and your subscription will expire.
Note: A cancelation stops future renewal charges but does not result in a refund of your order. Please contact us for refunds.
Download invoice
Visit the Documents tab to download the invoice for your subscription order.
Change subscription payment method
You can change the current method of payment by visiting the Payment Method tab.
Add, change and remove subscription contacts
To change the contacts associated with your account, click on the Contacts tab. Here, you can add new billing, delivery and licensee addresses.
