Problem

When installing Slidewise you are presented with the following error:

Explanation

You are trying to install a 64-bit version of Slidewise on a 32-bit machine. Neuxpower does have 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Slidewise, however, we generally only publish the 64-bit version of Slidewise because that is by far the most common type of Windows installation. 

Resolution

1. Check your version of windows and download the appropriate version of Slidewise
   
   
2. In the Windows Search box  type:
   About your PC
   
   
3. Note the System Type (either 32 or 64-bit)
   
   
4. Download the appropriate version of Slidewise

   • 64-bit Slidewise download
