The Fonts and Media tab in Slidewise gives you amazing control over the fonts in your presentations. You can view a list of all the fonts in use, see if they are embedded and easily replace them.
Find fonts
Expand the Fonts node in Slidewise and you will see a full list of the fonts used in your file, as well as how many times each font has been used.
If you expand a font name, you will see the objects that font is used in. Right-click on any object to "Show in PowerPoint".
Replace fonts
To replace one or more fonts, just right-click on the main "Fonts" node, or any individual font name and select "Replace Fonts".
In the Replace Fonts dialog you can select one or more fonts you want to replace, and then choose which font you would like to replace them with. You can even replace fonts with the Theme font.
Font embedding
Font embedding status is indicated alongside the main Fonts heading and can be one of the following:
- Not embedded (pictured below)
- Embedded subset
- Fully embedded
To change the font embedding for the presentation, right-click on the Fonts heading and select from the available Embed options.
Missing fonts
If a font is not available the font name will be marked in orange then you will see a warning alongside the font, letting you know the font has been substituted.
