Managing your Slidewise subscription licenses for your team or company is designed to be straightforward. Here's how you can add or remove users from your existing subscription.
Adding Users to Your Subscription
You can easily add more users to your existing Slidewise subscription. This is ideal for teams and companies, as it centralizes management: all communications go to one email address, a single payment method is used, everyone shares the same registration key, and all licenses renew on the same date. This significantly minimizes administrative effort.
How to Add Users
To add new users, please contact us directly. While you can't add them yourself through your account portal, we can quickly arrange to add the new licenses for you.
To ensure all your licenses renew on the same date, we'll charge your active credit card a prorated fee for the additional licenses. This fee covers the period from when you add the users until your current subscription's next renewal date. On your next renewal, you'll simply be charged the full price for the total number of licenses.
Managing Your Team's Users
Neuxpower doesn't track individual end-user activations. This means we don't know exactly how many installations or different people are using your Slidewise license. As per the included license agreement, it's important that you have purchased a license for every unique user of the software.
If you need to move licenses between different users within your team, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're happy to help facilitate this.
How to Remove Users
If you need to remove users from your subscription, please contact us. When a user is removed, their specific license will be canceled at your next renewal date, and you won't be charged for that user going forward. Please note that Neuxpower does not issue refunds for removed users for the current subscription period.
