Slidewise makes it easy to manage the fonts in your PowerPoint presentations. You can see exactly which fonts are used and quickly replace them if needed.
Once you've installed the add-in, you will see a new button in the Home tab.
Click this button to open the Slidewise task pane, which will open by default to Fonts and Media. At the top of the pane you will see the Fonts heading. Expand this to see a list of all the fonts used in your file.
To replace one or more fonts, right-click on the Fonts heading (or any font name) and select Replace Fonts.
This will call up the Replace Fonts dialog where you can select as many fonts to replace as you'd like. Then choose which font you would like to replace them with and click the Replace fonts button.
Substituted fonts
If any fonts are missing and have been substituted then they will be flagged automatically with an orange warning.
Where can fonts be replaced?
Slidewise can replace fonts anywhere in your presentation.
Replace fonts video
It takes just seconds to select all fonts and replace them.
This simple yet very powerful feature of Slidewise allows you to select one, multiple, or all fonts in the presentation and replace them with a single font. You can even replace fonts with a theme font or a double-byte font with a single-byte font which are feats PowerPoint itself cannot perform.
