What to send us if you need to report a bug in NXPowerLite for Microsoft Exchange

If you need to report a bug in NXPowerLite for Microsoft Exchange, it will help us to investigate the issue if you include some of the support files produced by the application, preferably as close to the time of the problem occurring as possible.

These can be found by opening a Windows Explorer window, then in the address bar entering the following:

%PROGRAMDATA%\Neuxpower\NXPowerLite for Exchange v1

Please zip up the contents of this folder (and the logs subdirectory if it exists), and include it with the bug report which can be emailed to support@neuxpower.com.

 

NXPowerLite Scanner for Microsoft Exchange error reporting

Please zip and send the folder named 'logs' and the file 'NXExchangeReports.db' located in the extracted zip file, alongside the NXPowerLite Exchange Scanner.exe. You do not need to send us the the EXE file.
