- Hidden slides
- Languages
- Comments
- Document properties
- Custom properties
- Speaker notes
Empty placeholders
Empty placeholders are any placeholders that have no content or formatting in them. These can be navigated to for checking and then easily deleted in one action.
Hidden objects
Slidewise also helps you locate hidden objects that can increase file size and may contain sensitive content. These objects are collected for your review under the File Review tab, allowing you to remove unwanted content quickly and easily.
Hidden slides
Expand the heading to see a list of the hidden slides. Double-click on any to jump to them in PowerPoint. Right-click on the Hidden slides heading to Unhide or Delete them.
Languages
See every proofing language used in your presentation. You can see which languages are used and change them if needed, before sharing the file. For each language, you can view every object that uses it and quickly jump to them in PowerPoint.
To set the proofing languages in the presentation, right-click the Languages node in the tree and select "Change Language".
Comments
Expand the Comments heading to view a list of slides with comments and jump to them for review. Right-click to export or delete comments quickly using Slidewise.
Document and custom properties
Review and remove any sensitive or confidential information from your presentation by checking and deleting both document and custom properties. These properties can be found and deleted independently under the File Review tab.
Speaker notes
As well as being able to quickly jump to any Speaker notes to check them, you can also Export them to a structured HTML report that can be easily opened in Excel. If you don't need them in your finished file you can easily Delete them using Slidewise.
